    I will offer a couple of options in the next 48 hours when possible. I keep capacity to 2 to 3 jobs per week.

  3. Get it fixed

    We fix the issue, then tighten things up so it stays stable. If anything needs extra time, I will ask before continuing.

  4. Follow-up support

    Includes 7-day follow-up support by text, plus one 15-minute remote check-in.

Yes. The “get us running” visit is designed for small offices that need everything working again without a big project.

Do you go to Boston?

I mainly serve Lowell and the Route 3 corridor. Boston or inside I-95 is available with a +$50 premium.

What payment do you accept?

I accept cash, card, and electronic payment. I will confirm details when we schedule and can send a receipt by email.
